3.3 Account Security

• If the outcome of any event is disputed, lu89's decision will be final.

6.3 Technical Issues

lu89 will not be responsible if a game stops mid-way due to internet disconnection or device issues on the user's side. However, if a technical fault occurs on the server side, lu89 will arrange appropriate compensation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on lu89 and may result in account closure, balance forfeiture, and legal action:

7.1 Fraud and Deception

• Opening an account using a false identity or another person's identity.
• Operating multiple accounts in one person's name.
• Making deposits using fraudulent payment methods.
• Committing bonus abuse or initiating chargebacks.

7.2 System Abuse
